There will be two options for the price. Both of them won’t be cheap, but they will still cost less than half as much as the new Meta Quest Pro. In Europe, the basic PlayStation VR2 will cost 599.99 euros, while the version that comes with the game Horizon: Call of the Mountain will cost 649.99 euros.

Sony will also sell the station for charging the PlayStation VR2 Sense controller on its own. For 49.99 euros, the same thing will be done.

Sony said that in some countries, the only way to reserve a PlayStation VR2 is through its official store. This will be true for the United States, the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Authorized dealers will handle sales in all other markets where the product is offered. The company says it will give more information about how to make reservations and market in each country.

Other 11 PS VR2 games have been confirmed

Sony has announced the PlayStation VR2’s release date and price, and has also confirmed that 11 games will be available when the headset comes out. We’ll talk about them below:

  • The Light Brigade
  • Hello Neighbor VR2
  • Zenith
  • Jurassic World Aftermath
  • Crossfire: Sierra Squad
  • Cities VR
  • The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR
  • Cosmonious High
  • Tentacular
  • Pistol Whip VR
  • After The Fall

Some of these games, like Tentacular, The Light Brigade, and Hello Neighbor VR2, can be pre-ordered starting November 15. Some, like Zenith and Pistol Whip VR, will be free updates for people who already bought the PlayStation VR version. Let’s keep in mind that the new generation of Sony’s virtual reality headset can’t play games made for the old generation. The Japanese, on the other hand, say that it is now easier to change games to work with PS VR2.

The new PSVR2 games will join games like Ghostbusters VR, No Man’s Sky, Resident Evil Village, and Horizon: Call of the Mountain that have already been announced. In fact, the second one can be booked starting this month, and the Asians have said that there will be more news soon.
